  5. Balance your spiritual and philosophical side with some jokes and laughter. Don’t take life too seriously.
  6. Be careful how much time you’re spending on your electronic devices. It’s proven that more time staring at your phone translates to increased levels of anxiety and depression.
  7. Focus on your health just enough to stay healthy, but don’t let it become an obsession. It’s possible to worry yourself sick, so please don’t spend all your free time on medical diagnosis websites.
  8. If you love someone, tell them often.
  9. Be patient with yourself.
